May Retreat at Croft Farm

2nd-4th May 2025

When the team at The Croft Farm Escape contacted me about a last minute space in May, I jumped at the opportunity to host another retreat in this magical space.

Picture this: starting your day with an energising Yoga practise; delighting in abundant, delicious meals shared around a big table prepared by my best friend and incredible chef Kat; strolling the surrounding land; making the most of the wood fired sauna and cold plunge; and getting cosy in the most creative, inviting home.

The ultimate combination for a restful, recharging weekend getaway.

Meet Your Hosts

My friend Kathyrn Burke and I connected over our shared love of cooking and hosting.

Kat started her own restaurant in Barnes called The Nest, where she serves up brightly coloured, shared plates of healthy, flavourful food.

The Nest feels like home to me, as Kat pours love into every dish she makes. I’m SO excited about the opportunity to collabotate together on this retreat at Croft Farm.

Two people enjoying a meal at a cozy café with a variety of colorful dishes, including tacos and noodle bowls, on a wooden table. They are smiling at each other, surrounded by decorative plants and warm lighting.
A variety of food on a wooden table: a plate with avocado toast garnished with vegetables and flowers, a bowl with poached eggs and spices, a burger with lettuce on a sesame seed bun, a dish with fried eggs and rice, a glass of iced water with lemon, and a glass water bottle.

Testimonials

  • The retreat with Christie was pure magic. Of course there were excellent yoga sessions, but the real wonder of this retreat was the enormous amount of love and care that had gone into every single aspect of the experience. Don't worry at all about what level of yoga practice you may have or not have - this retreat works as a holistic experience and I think it would be difficult to find a programme created with more dedication or love for yoga and people (and food!) as this one.

    Anna, London

  • I knew that the retreat would be a fantastic treat for my wife and I. What I was not prepared for, however, was just how transformative the retreat would be for my development as a person. I cannot recommend the experience any more highly. I am forever grateful for the level of personal growth that I experienced on that unbelievable weekend. I find myself breaking into a great big smile the more I think about it. I can give no higher praise than that.

  • This retreat was a perfect blend of relaxation, healing, and renewal. I left feeling recharged, and truly grateful for the experience. For anyone looking for a retreat that nurtures both body, mind and soul, this is the one. I’m so grateful to Christie and Andy for hosting such a beautifully crafted retreat, an experience I will cherish always!

    Eveyne, London

  • The whole weekend was such a magical break away from reality. So close to London, and yet a whole world away. Christie put us all completely at ease so we were able to be peaceful and present. Two nights felt like so much more.

    Sarah Jo, London

  • This was my first retreat so I was a bit nervous as to what to expect and all my expectations were wildly exceeded. I would certainly go again.
